To start your return, please enter the order number provided to you at the time of purchase and in your confirmation email, and the email address you provided during your purchase.

What items can I return or exchange?
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs to send the item back to our facility. Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund. Once a return is received, the customer will receive an email notification and we will proceed to refund the purchase. If 30 days have passed since the original purchase and we have not received the product, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

How do I return/exchange?
- Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click "Start a Return"
- Follow the on-screen instructions and select the items you want to return
- You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
How soon will I get my refund/exchange?
- Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
- If you are approved, then your refund or exchange will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 business days.
